Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until your subscription expires
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- You may reactivate your subscription at any time
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Request made within 7 days of the initial purchase for new subscribers
- Technical issues preventing use of the service that cannot be resolved
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service unavailability for extended periods
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:
- Partial month usage - we do not provide prorated refunds
- Dissatisfaction with generated content quality
- Unused service during the subscription period
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made after 7 days from the purchase date
